5 Things We’re Grateful For

In honor of this month of gratitude, we thought we’d share some of the things we’re grateful for. We’ve had an eventful year, so a moment to pause and reflect isn’t just nice—it’s necessary. Here are five of the many things we have to be grateful for:

Our Customers

Put simply, we wouldn’t be where we are today without our customers. You spread the word about our product. You help us out when we have a new product concept we’d like to test. You work hard every day so that every hotel guest feels welcome and valued. Some may never notice the work that they do, but we do, and that inspires our work and our product—thank you! Kalie Wilcox has been part of #TeamQuore for 7 years and works with our customers daily, she shares, “I am incredibly grateful for everyone who has been with us on this journey since the beginning and who continue to grow with us daily. They really are so great to work with.”

Our Team

Team Quore works hard behind the scenes in order to provide the best possible experience to our users. Our Success team interacts with our users every day, providing proactive service to each and every customer. Every person on Product is constantly striving for excellence with each update to our system so that it works well for every hotel. Our teammates in Business Development are focused on communicating with hotels all over the world to ensure that they’re able to provide streamlined hotel service. The Finance crew keeps us all balanced so that we can propel our business forward. Our Marketing team plans, creates and executes initiatives to support everyone—whether that be an email, a newsletter, a tradeshow or something internal! The folks in Operations ensure that we keep our company running efficiently. Together, we make up Team Quore—a unique and passionate crowd dedicated to serving our users. We’re thankful that they’ve made Quore their home away from home!

Our Support Systems

#TeamQuore is made up of the people within our office—but the people supporting us reach far beyond Franklin. We’re grateful for our families, friends, relatives, neighbors and so many more who support all of our team members in doing what they do. Our Director of People Operations, Jena Garrett, shares, “Having such a strong support system, I think, makes us even better. It gives our team a safe and supportive outlet to express themselves and, in turn, helps solve the problems they face on a daily basis, whether that’s here at work or at home.”

Our Office

After so many moves in the last few years, it’s nice to have a place we can really call our home. As we’ve settled into 5000 Meridian Boulevard, we’ve put art on the walls and pillows on couches. Hallways are filled with conversations. And, most importantly, it’s given us the space we need to expand our team and our product. We’re thankful that we have such a wonderful place to come to work each and every day.

As a part of this month of thankfulness, we’re chosen a select wall in this office to post the things we’re grateful for—and now the wall is covered in colorful Post-It notes expressing our gratitude! We’ve written about everything from the members of our teams to our favorite places in the office and more. And we’re so grateful to have this space this space allows for that level of inspiration and thanks.

Our Community

The Williamson County community has been incredibly supportive of Quore since we began. As we’ve grown, they have stood by us, championing our efforts and cheering us on. We were excited to show off our space with them in our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, because they’ve been there for Quore every step of the way. And, the gratitude we have for our community goes beyond even the Chamber of Commerce. It’s for the baristas at Starbucks fueling our early mornings at the office or the Jimmy John’s delivery person who has probably stopped by our office hundreds of times (this month alone), too.

As we wrap up November and dive head first into the holiday season, we’re beyond thankful to each and every person who has supported Quore along the way. It takes an entire community to build a business, and we may be a little biased, but we really have a great one. From all of us here at Quore, thank you!
