Franklin company earns award for creating highly-esteemed workplace culture

Franklin, Tenn. – (June 25, 2023)Quore, the leading provider of workflow management and productivity tools for hotels, today announced The Tennessean named Quore a winner of the Top Workplaces 2023 Award for the Middle Tennessee region.

Each year, The Tennessean partners with Energage, an industry research company, to conduct a survey determining which large, midsize, and small companies are the best to work for in Middle Tennessee. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through the third-party survey that measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Quore is a hospitality technology company dedicated to revolutionizing how hotels operate worldwide. Its solution allows hospitality teams to track, manage, and prioritize work across departments, properties, and locations. This provides better support for hotel staff as they create premium guest experiences.

“Enabling the hospitality industry to create happier experiences for guests starts right here with Team Quore at our headquarters,” said Scott Schaedle, Founder and CEO of Quore. “We emphasize collaboration and creativity with an energetic, hands-on culture that recognizes all of our team members as people first and employees second. We are flattered to be awarded for that approach in our workplace.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
